Forum: prelinger Subject: Availability of "Sid Vision" documentary

Recently there was a documentary made about the one, the only...Sid Davis. Apparently it has won a number of awards and I'm wondering if it is available anywhere on the internet or on video.
Here is a link with some info about the flick:

I'd sure like to see this. IMDB has nothing about it, but they have a page on Sid's career:

The makers (John Jack, Todd Southern and Donna Pazdera) and I have agreed to make a Sid Davis DVD together. It will contain a number of his most important and interesting films, plus their biopic, plus additional material they've gathered. This will be one of the DVDs we do with Voyager, I hope. Stay tuned.

Fantastic!!! Sid's films are my favorite of all the films listed in Ken Smith's book, "Mental Hygiene". Is there a way you can notify me when this is coming out? Also, if you are taking requests, please put in plenty of Sid's early works, like the original "Dangerous Stranger", as well as "Boys Beware", "Name Unknown", "Seduction of The Innocent", "The Terrible Truth". You can count on me as the first in line for this one!
Thanks,
B.Ritt

P.S. What are the dvds for Voyager you mentioned?

Can't wait! Or well, um, I guess I'll have to wait. I've been thinking about the difference between "Age 13" and the rest of SD's films. I wonder if he did what Michael Moore talks about in Bowling for Columbine: keep the public in fear in order to make money. I would guess "Boys Beware" and the like were a heck of a lot more profitable - both cheaper and easier to market - so no more thoughful "Age 13" type films were made.
